WHERE DO YOU OFFER WATER TAXI SERVICE?

Everywhere! (well....almost!) Our scheduled North and South runs connect Campbell River and North Central Vancouver Island to areas such as Stuart Island, Dent Island, East and West Thurlow Islands and Sonora Island. We are proud to offer services to over 150 different locations. We also offer Charter services and will work with you to customize a trip to get you and your freight where you need to go, when you need to be there.  Safely, efficiently and service that you can depend on. we have a wide selection of vessels from (8 passenger/2000 lb to 12 passenger/5000 lb capacities)    Contact Us for more information.

I NEED TRANSPORTATION FOR A MULTI-DAY TRIP. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes we can!  We can pick you up with our Courtesy Shuttle (established pick up locations) either from the airport, a hotel or a parking facility and bring you to the Coast Marina where you can await your vessel in our Passenger Lounge. Our private charters can be tailored to fit many different needs, Contact Us to see how we can customize your charter for you. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our Private Charters and Scheduled Runs are subject to a 24hr cancellation policy.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled charter will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the charter. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we deem it poses a safety risk to our passengers staff or vessels. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER CHANGES AND I HAVE A RESERVATION?

Our office and skippers are in constant contact regarding weather conditions for all trips and we use every tool at our disposal to get the most accurate timely information possible.  Safety is our number one priority and if extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur, we may need to cancel a sailing.  All passengers should prepare for changing weather conditions and be aware that all vessels are subject to sudden movement.  Our skippers will advise passengers when added precautions need to take place while on board.  If we see a forecast and determine that it may result in a cancellation to a scheduled run or charter, we will contact the party on the reservation with as much notice as possible.  Our cancellation policy does not apply to trips cancelled due to unforeseen weather circumstances. In the event of a cancelation due to weather, we will work with you to rebook as soon as possible.
