Credit card information is required to complete a reservation.

Children 1 years and above require their own seats with children seat rate.

Check-in 20 minutes before the flight.

Full charge if no show for your bookings or cancelled within 24 hours.

Chartered & Scheduled Booking Terms

Payment: will be processed at the time of booking.

Baggage: The seat rate includes a 100 lbs baggage allowance. For baggage weighing between 101 lbs and 200 lbs, a minimum freight fee of $85.00 CAD + 5% GST will apply. For baggage exceeding 200 lbs, an additional charge of $0.40 per lb will be applied, along with 5% GST.

Change / Cancellation: 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.

Personal Baggage/Freight:

Commercial Freight: All commercial freight must have a signed Contract of Carriage before departure. Liability terms will be outlined in the Contract of Carriage.
