Reservations and Pricing:

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Credit Cards are required to guarantee your seat on a scheduled run or secure a charter.
• Payments will be processed at time of booking.
• Check in is 20 minutes prior to departure time.
• Cancelations or missed trips cannot be refunded if they occur within 24 hours of departure.  
• Fuel surcharges are based on commodity prices at time of your booking.
• We reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade the size of the vessel booked based on passengers and freight calculations.  

Passenger Restrictions:

• Sorry, we cannot accommodate travelers under one (1) year of age.
• Your pet is welcomed. We love ours too, but seats are for people, sorry. Pets must always be under control (kennel or leash) and be house (or vessel!) trained.
• Children over 1 year old require their own seat and be accommodated by an adult.
• Check in is 20 minutes prior to departure time.
• Vaping, smoking and the use of drugs or alcohol is not permitted on vessels.
• QWWT does not offer outdoor seating on decks.
• Our Skippers have all been trained in marine emergencies and trouble shooting.  Please follow the direction of our Skippers at all times when on board.

Freight and Baggage:

• The seat rate for scheduled trips includes a 100 lbs baggage allowance. For baggage weighing between 101 lbs and 200 lbs, a minimum freight fee applies. For baggage exceeding 200 lbs, an additional charge per pound will be applied. Please see our website or contact our office for details.
• All commercial freight must have a signed Contract of Carriage before departure. Liability terms will be outlined in the Contract of Carriage.
• Any items left on vessels will be held for seven (7) days. After this time, they may be disposed of unless arrangements are made in advance for pick up of lost items.
